In 2013 Ro completed a foundation course with the Traditional Yoga Association and spent the next two years training to be a fully qualified teacher. For Ro Yoga isn’t about the perfect poses, it’s about the feeling of the body whilst stretching and the benefits that provides for both physical and mental well-being. Connecting your mind and your body, retrieving those instincts lost though growing up. All Ro’s classes have a gentle soundtrack in the background gently aiding you to relax. ‘We stretch so that we can relax at the end. Yoga is for everyone and I am blessed to teach it.’  Ro enjoys long walks with her dogs and socializing with friends when she is not busy teaching. She is also looking forward to becoming a new mummy in November this year.
