For Ro Yoga isn’t about the perfect poses, it’s about the feeling of the body whilst stretching and the benefits that provides for both physical and mental well-being. Connecting your mind and your body, retrieving those instincts lost though growing up. All Ro’s classes have a gentle soundtrack in the background gently aiding you to relax. ‘We stretch so that we can relax at the end.
